1. Terms and Definitions

The terms used below shall be interpreted in accordance with this section. In the absence of a corresponding term and definition in this section, terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Russian legislation.

1.1.3. Visitor – a person browsing the Website without the purpose of registering and/or placing an Order;

1.1.4. User – a Website visitor who has completed the registration process on the Website and accepted the terms of the Offer;

1.1.5. Buyer – the User who has placed an Order;

1.1.6. Product – the goods and services presented on the Website;

1.1.7. An Order is a request submitted by the Buyer on the Website for the purchase of Products for personal, family, household, or other needs not related to business activities, specifying the quantity, assortment, and completeness of the Products.

2. General Provisions

This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the Offer) is an official offer by Lidirium Group LLC to any individual to enter into a remote retail purchase and sale agreement with Lidirium Group LLC on the Website under the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement and contains all the material terms of the Offer.

2.2. By ordering a product posted on the Website, the Buyer agrees to all the terms of this Offer, the Personal Data Processing Policy, and the User Agreement.

2.3. The Website reserves the right to amend the Offer without notice to the Buyer.

2.4. The Offer is valid for an unlimited period, unless otherwise specified on the Website.

2.5. The Website provides the Buyer with complete and accurate information about the product/service, including information on the product's key consumer properties.

3. Subject of the Offer

3.1. The Website undertakes to transfer to the Buyer products intended for personal, family, household, or other non-business use, based on the placed Orders, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Products in accordance with the terms of this Offer.

3.2. The name, price, quantity of the Products, and other required terms of the Offer are determined based on the information provided by the Buyer when placing the order.

3.3. Ownership of the ordered Products transfers to the Buyer upon actual payment and delivery of the Products.

4. Price of Goods/Services

4.1. Product prices are determined by the Seller unilaterally and without dispute and are indicated on the pages of the online store located at the following address: https://medleech.ru/

4.2. Product prices are indicated in Russian rubles and do not include shipping costs.

4.3. The final price of a product is determined by the sequential application of discounts to the price of the product in the following order:
• Promotional discount
• Discount with a promo code

4.4. The method of settlement between the Website and the Buyer is determined by the Buyer when paying for the Product selected on the Website.

5. Offer Conclusion

5.1. Acceptance of this Offer (contract) is deemed to be the Buyer's placing an order for the product in accordance with the terms of this Offer;

5.2. By accepting this Offer, the Buyer agrees that:

— registration data (including personal data) is provided voluntarily;

— registration data (including personal data) is transmitted electronically via internet communication channels;

— registration data (including personal data) is transferred to the Website for the purposes specified in this Offer, the Personal Data Processing Policy, and the User Agreement and may be transferred to third parties for the purposes specified in this Offer;

— for additional protection against fraud, the registration data (including personal data) provided by the Buyer may be transferred to the bank processing payment transactions for orders placed;

— the Buyer's consent to the processing of their registration data (including personal data) is valid indefinitely and may be revoked by the Buyer or their legal representative by submitting a written request to the Website.

6. Returns of goods and funds

6.1. Returns of goods are carried out in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights."

6.2. Refunds are made by refunding the cost of the paid goods to the payment system through which payment was made, or to the details specified in the request.

7. Delivery of Goods

7.1. Delivery of goods to the Buyer will take place within two weeks.

7.2. No claims regarding the quantity, completeness, or type of goods will be accepted after receipt of the goods.

8. Validity of the Offer

8.1. This Offer shall enter into force upon its acceptance by the Buyer and shall remain valid until the acceptance of this public Offer is revoked.

9. Additional Terms

9.1. The Website reserves the right to assign or otherwise transfer its rights and obligations arising from its relationship with the Buyer to third parties.

9.2. The Website and the services provided may be temporarily partially or completely unavailable due to maintenance or other work, or for any other technical reasons. 9.3. The relationship between the Buyer and the Website is subject to the provisions of Russian law.

The parties will attempt to resolve any disputes that arise through negotiations. If agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.5. If a court finds any provision of this Agreement invalid, this shall not invalidate the remaining provisions.
