User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) constitutes an offer by Lidirium Group LLC, located on the website https://medleech.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), to enter into an agreement under the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. General Provisions

1.1. You hereby confirm that from the moment you access the Site and for the duration of your use of the Site, as well as the personalized services on the Site, you are a User of the Site until you personally contact the Site Administration with a request to terminate any relationship with the Site.

1.2. Your use of the Site in any manner and in any form within the limits of its declared functionality, including:

a) viewing materials posted on the Site;

b) registration and/or authorization on the Site;

c) posting or displaying any materials on the Website, including but not limited to text, hypertext links, images, audio and video files, information, and/or other information;

creates an agreement under the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.3. By using any of the above options for using the Website, you confirm that:

a) you have read the terms of this Agreement in full before using the Website;

b) you accept all the terms of this Agreement in full, without any exceptions or limitations, and undertake to comply with them or cease using the Website. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement or do not have the right to enter into an agreement based on them, you must immediately cease all use of the Website;

c) the Agreement (including any of its parts) may be amended by the Website without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement shall enter into force upon its posting on the Website or notification to the User in another convenient form, unless otherwise provided in the new version of the Agreement.

d) You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. General Terms of Use of the Website

2.1. The Website sells products through the website https://medleech.ru/ and related services of the Website.

2.2. The Website delivers products using the methods specified in Part 3 of this Agreement.

2.3. The Website provides access to personalized services on the Website to obtain the most complete information on the product you are interested in, participate in contests, and other promotions held by the Website.

2.4. You hereby voluntarily consent to being informed of all Website activities related to the sale of products and/or the provision of services, including order status, as well as other events of any nature related to the Website's services.

2.5. Consent to Receive Newsletters:
By agreeing to the processing of my personal data, I also consent to SMS and email newsletters from https://medleech.ru/ or third parties authorized to send newsletters on behalf of https://medleech.ru/, and to the online service https://medleech.ru/. I agree to receive newsletters to the phone number and email address I provided when requesting a callback or filling out any contact form on the website https://medleech.ru/. I understand that if I wish to unsubscribe from the https://medleech.ru/ newsletter, I must notify them by email at help@medleech.ru or by calling +7(937) 35-000-33. 2.9. You acknowledge that the Site makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the appearance, packaging, and characteristics of products correspond to the descriptions provided in the Site's catalog. At the same time, the Site informs you that the actual appearance, packaging, and characteristics of products may differ from these descriptions in the case of assortment products, as well as in the event of changes to the product directly by the manufacturer.

2.10. You are informed that the price and availability of products on the Website are subject to change 24 hours a day without prior notice and are indicated in the individual status and detailed product card displayed in the catalog on the Website.

3. User Obligations When Using the Website

3.1. You agree not to use the Website services for the following purposes:

3.1.1. Uploading content that is illegal, violates any rights of third parties, promotes violence, cruelty, hatred, and/or discrimination based on race, nationality, gender, religion, or social status, or contains false information and/or insults against specific individuals, organizations, or government agencies;

3.1.6. Misleading information regarding the properties and characteristics of any products in the Website catalog; inappropriately comparing products, or fostering a negative attitude toward or condemning individuals who (or do not) use certain products;

3.1.7. Uploading content that you do not have the right to make available under Russian law or under any contractual relationship;

3.1.8. Uploading content that infringes on and/or contains any patent, trademark, trade secret, trade name, copyright, related rights, or other intellectual property rights owned or lawfully used by third parties;

3.1.9. Uploading unauthorized advertising information and/or spam;

3.1.10. Collecting and processing personal data or information about the privacy of any person;

3.1.11. Interfering with the normal operation of the Website;

3.1.12. Violating Russian or international law.

3.2. You agree not to use profanity, obscene or offensive images, comparisons, or expressions on the Website, including those related to gender, race, nationality, profession, social category, age, or language of individuals or citizens, as well as those related to organizations, government agencies, official state symbols (flags, coats of arms, anthems), religious symbols, or cultural heritage sites (historical and cultural monuments).

3.3. You acknowledge and agree that the Website reserves the right (but not the obligation) to refuse to post and/or remove any content accessible through the Website's services at its sole discretion.

4. Privacy Policy

5. Terms of Purchase and Delivery

5.1. You can purchase goods/services on the Website by paying for them using the following methods: bank card or electronic money.

5.2. You hereby agree that your chosen payment method cannot be changed once you place your order on the Website.

5.3. You hereby agree that confirmation of an order paid for by electronic money or bank card occurs only after confirmation of the debit of funds for the order.

5.4. You confirm that payment for an order by electronic money or bank card must be made within 4 calendar days of placing it on the Website. You agree that if payment is not made within this period, the order may be canceled.

5.5. The Website delivers goods using the following methods: the Website's delivery service (courier delivery or delivery to a pickup point), courier delivery by SDEK, and Russian Post. You may choose any convenient delivery method in accordance with the delivery terms for your region/country or based on your preferences.

5.6. You agree that if the goods cannot be delivered to you due to your fault, including failure to meet the pickup deadline, the Website will consider it a rejection of the goods. In this case, the goods will be returned to the Website, and the order will be considered canceled.

5.7. If you reject the goods, or if the goods you ordered are unavailable, the prepayment transferred to the Website for the goods, excluding the Website's shipping costs, will be refunded to you no later than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

6. Liability

6.4. Responsibility for the actions of minors, including their purchase of goods from the Website's catalog, rests with their legal guardians.

6.5. You agree that the Site will bear no liability in the event of any failure or improper fulfillment by the Site of its obligations to sell and/or deliver goods to you due to you providing inaccurate and/or invalid information about yourself, or your failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
